New Year - New Changes for GG...

The New Year will bring some New Changes for Galveston Gardening.

First of all, I'm pleased to announce that beginning in January of 2011, I'll be the new garden writer for Coast Magazine. Coast is a monthly publication associated with the Galveston County Daily News focusing on - you guessed it - coastal living. I hope to supplement the great information already being provided by Dr. William Johnson, Galveston County Extension Horticulturist, in his regular GDN gardening column.

Next, beginning the first of next month, we'll be transitioning Galveston Gardening to a NEW Facebook FAN page. This NEW FANbook page is already up and running, so check it out and we hope you'll LIKE what you see. Our goal is to get 500 LIKES by March so help us spread the word.
