Curb Appeal - Galveston Style...

We have a very "diverse" landscape style here on Galveston Island. Everything from formal gardens to whimsical weekenders. As I cruise around on my bicycle I ALWAYS see gardens that make me smile. So - I thought I'd start sharing some of these images on GG.

A few plants could go a long way...
We love the architectural detail of this little house on 25th. Especially the roof line and medallion above the entry. Problem is - there's no landscaping. This house could really be cool with the right plants! Still, it's a Galveston treasure.
